Most “slim wallets” are just thinner versions of the same old bifold. The Ekster Parliament does something different, push a button on the bottom and your cards fan out instantly. No more digging through slots or bending cards trying to yank them out. It sounds gimmicky, but after a week of use, going back to a normal wallet feels slow.
The Nappa leather is soft from day one, the RFID blocking works (tested it against a reader), and it holds 4-6 cards in the pop-up mechanism plus a few more in the back slot.
Perfect for anyone who carries 4-8 cards and wants quick access without the bulk. If you carry a lot of cash or receipts, this is not for you, the cash slot is tight and fits maybe 5-6 folded bills at most. Also not great if you have 12+ cards. But for a minimalist who wants to ditch the fat bifold, it is one of the better options out there.
