We put the Mueller through a week of actual cooking, not just one show-off onion. Weeknight stir fries, a big batch of pico, meal prep containers of diced sweet potato. The thing that wins you over is the speed. A bell pepper that used to take a few minutes of careful knife work is done in one push, and the dice come out even, which matters more than it sounds when you want stuff to cook at the same rate.

The catch container is the quiet hero. No more chasing diced onion across the counter. You chop, the bits land in the box, you dump the box. Cleanup is mostly just rinsing the blade, and honestly the included brush does the annoying part.

Couple of real gripes. Hard stuff like raw carrot or sweet potato takes a firm slam, and if you’ve got weak wrists that gets old. The blades are also genuinely sharp, so the cleaning brush isn’t optional unless you like surprises. For 20 bucks though, this earns its drawer space.
